1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bad bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the bad bdt website at https://bad-bdt.com, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, promotional bonuses, and customer support facilities.

By completing the bad bdt account registration process, by logging in to an existing bad bdt account, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm and represent that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the bad bdt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or bonus rules published on the Platform;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. bad bdt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address on file. The revised Terms take effect on the date stated in the notification. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bad bdt platform is an adult service. Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of their account use:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a bad bdt account, make deposits, place wagers, or access any gaming or betting service on the Platform. bad bdt enforces strict age verification procedures. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of identity and source of funds.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the bad bdt Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bad bdt does not warrant or represent that access to its services is legal in all countries or territories. 2.3 Mental Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under the influence of substances that impair judgement, or who have been declared legally incompetent are not permitted to use the Platform.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players

Any individual who has voluntarily requested self-exclusion from bad bdt — either through the account dashboard or by contacting support — is not eligible to register a new account or access any Platform service during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under different personal details is a serious breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the bad bdt Platform, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one bad bdt account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bad bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and wagers, and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bad bdt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. bad bdt strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password for your account and updating it periodically. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

3.4 KYC Verification

bad bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be required to provide identity verification documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point at bad bdt's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bad bdt account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC completion. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts start from ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bad bdt account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 working hours depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution. bad bdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposit transactions must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified bad bdt accounts are processed within 24 hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within the same business day the request is submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days. bad bdt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, at its sole discretion.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All bad bdt account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bad bdt does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of bad bdt. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

bad bdt offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL cricket season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a bad bdt account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and the games that contribute toward meeting the requirement are stated in the individual bonus terms. Placing wagers on games not listed as eligible for wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement for that bonus.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to individual players holding verified bad bdt accounts, subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Players who have been identified as operating multiple accounts, or who have previously abused promotional offers, are not eligible to claim further bonuses. bad bdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used within the validity period stated in the bonus terms will expire automatically and will be removed from the player's account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any active bonuses in their account.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions

bad bdt reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, high-coverage bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements; using automated betting strategies; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any determination of bonus abuse is made at bad bdt's sole discretion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Your Obligations

By using the bad bdt Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times during registration and KYC verification;
• Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any other person;
• Promptly notify bad bdt support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling;
• Use the Platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling activity is becoming problematic.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad bdt Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund an account;

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the bad bdt Platform — including but not limited to the bad bdt brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of bad bdt or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bad bdt Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any bad bdt content.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bad bdt Platform without the prior written consent of bad bdt. Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform by automated means — other than standard search engine indexing — is prohibited.

Third-party game content available through the bad bdt Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Your use of those games is subject to both these Terms and the applicable terms of those providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bad bdt endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond bad bdt's reasonable control. bad bdt shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, including losses resulting from unsettled bets or inaccessible account balances during a period of unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

bad bdt takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game information, and promotional details published on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game settings — including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placing — bad bdt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bad bdt's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bad bdt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bad bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind.

8.4 Player Responsibility

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on the bad bdt Platform, and that bad bdt is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform's gaming or betting services.
